Return & Refund Policy

  • If by some extremely rare chance the product you receive is not up to your standard.
  • if the jewellery got Damaged in the shipment.  you may request a refund (with proof of damage in photos or videos).
  • Kundan jewelry will Fix it or Exchange it wit New one.
  • Please note that you have to let us Know the within 24 Hours after Receiving your Order.
  • After inspection and approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days the parcel is received back.
  • Bulk & customized order can’t be refunded.

Shipping Charges

  • Customer would have to resend the parcel via a reliable courier service at Kundan jewellery Address.
  • Shipping & tax Charges are non refundable.
